Enchanting
Our enchanting system is divided into two key aspects: Profession Enchanting and Base Enchanting. Each serves a unique purpose in enhancing gameplay and character progression.
Profession Enchanting
The Profession side focuses on gaining Profession XP, which is essential for enchanting powerful custom items. As you advance in this profession, you will unlock access to stronger enchantments and higher-tier quests (once more quests are introduced).
XP Calculation:
Your Profession XP gain follows this formula:
Enchanting Profession Level × Base Enchanting XP
This means that the higher your enchanting level, the faster you will progress, with your highest XP enchantment contributing the most to your growth.
Each enchantment has a unique XP value depending on its type and effectiveness. A detailed breakdown of XP values for all enchantments will be provided in a table later.
Base Enchanting
The Base side of enchanting allows players to enchant items freely using our extensive list of enchantments. Players can apply enchantments to gear as long as they meet the necessary requirements.
However, some enchantments may conflict with others due to functionality limitations. To avoid compatibility issues, we will provide a comprehensive table that outlines:
Which enchantments conflict with each other.
Which items (or item categories) support specific enchantments.
